How we run a job
You see what we see
Every inspection comes with photographs of what's actually up there, whether you hire us or not. Nobody should be asked to approve work on a part of their house they've never laid eyes on.
A written scope, not a verbal one

The permit is our problem
We pull township permits and handle inspection sign-off as part of the job. An unpermitted roof or deck becomes your problem the day you try to sell the house.
